Driving local relevance of Miele
THE CHALLENGE
Miele wanted to establish a framework for consistent social media activity, tracking, and measurement globally. As a premium brand that monitors 250 profiles across 50 countries, Miele requires a consistent visual approach, while considering the cultural differences across a global network. Our role was to deliver a ‘glocal’ strategy that drives local relevance for the Miele brand.
THE APPROACH
We developed a social strategy focused on partnering with local creators and industry leaders to drive local relevance. This involved creating bespoke social content with industry leaders such as Donna Hay, filming EGC content at Miele’s offices and partnering with a variety of mid tier influencers for campaigns.
THE CHANGE
The Miele LinkedIn account saw significant increases in organic reach (1.6M organic impressions annually) with a strong engagement rate (+10.5% avg), and follower growth across channels (+46% YoY).
