THE CHALLENGE
Subway is a household name, but in a fast-moving culture we need to do more than just serving food – it’s about staying relevant, shaping perception and sparking brand love. The goal: grow the community and drive cultural conversations without losing that cheeky, distinctly Subway voice.
THE APPROACH
We partnered with 22 trusted creators across AU & NZ spanning comedy, lifestyle, review and gaming niches. Content was designed to feel platform-native, relatable and entertaining, while amplification scaled top-performing content across TikTok and Meta.
